Interview process
Our interview process consists of two rounds of two, one-hour interviews. The first round interviews will be with Consultants and Project Managers, whilst second round interviews will be with Partners.
Interviews will consist of three parts. Initially there will be a discussion around your CV and competencies. This will be used to understand more about your education and personal background, assess your skills and abilities and explore your motives for applying. Secondly there will be a case study to test your consulting skills. Here the interviewer will be looking for structure, numeracy, business judgment and creative thinking. Finally there will be time at the end of the interview for you to ask questions. This is your opportunity to learn more about Roland Berger and consultancy in general.
