Development programmes

Roland Berger London has various schemes to assist in your professional development. These include:

Training programmes:

- Kickoff: Two weeks of competency training and global networking to start your career with us

- Seminars: Ongoing 2-3 day training courses held with an international audience and designed specifically for Roland Berger consultants on a variety of consulting skills (e.g. client communication, management workshops, financial busines planning, etc.)

- Lunch time training sessions: Monthly sessions run by London consultants and designed to share knowledge amongst the office

- Mentorship programmes: Every new joiner is assigned a senior mentor and a more junior "buddy" to help with the transition to and personal development within our office

Internal Staff Exchange Programmes:

- Once you have established yourself in London, Roland Berger offers the possibility of working in an another office for between six months and two years

- If you are looking for something a bit more permanent, Roland Berger has an internal transfer policy that allows Consultants to permanently change offices to better fit their lives

Challenge Club:

- Special development programme for our top performers, including training, networking and incentives

Sabbatical programme:

- Leave of absence (for one to six months) with various reasons accepted from extra parental leave to a world trip
