What is the interview process?
While our hiring criteria are virtually identical amongst entry levels, there are some slight differences in the interview processes for different positions. However, every candidate will go through at least four interviews. Interviews consist of three elements: the first is a discussion around the candidates CV and application, the second is a case study, which is designed to reflect typical project work, and lastly, there is time for a question and answer session.
Do you offer a summer work programme?
Summer Intern positions are available for students on undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Summer Associate positions are available for MBA students. For further information, please visit our online applications page.
When will I hear back about my application?
Shortly after submitting your application, you will receive an automated email response to confirm we have received your application. If applying during our main intake cycle, you will hear back on whether your application was successful within two weeks of the closing deadline. If you are applying outside of the main intake cycle, you should have a response from us within 4 weeks of your submission date.
How do I submit an application?

When do I have to submit my application?
We accept applications anytime. However, our primary recruiting season for Junior Consultants is from September to December.
Can I apply if I am not a UK citizen?
Yes, we accept applications from all nationalities.
What actually is strategy consulting?
Strategy consultants work with senior personnel in client organisations in order to offer high-level, long-term insights into how to improve the position of the client's business. Strategy consultants consider a range of factors, including competitors, the current state of the market and customer behaviour in order to undertake detailed analysis on key business issues. Consultants try to anticipate future developments and help businesses positions themselves accordingly.
