Next to Germany, the UK is the largest market for management consulting services in Europe. In this attractive but highly competitive environment, Roland Berger's London office, which opened in 1990, has established itself as one of the country's preeminent consulting firms.

The office has grown substantially since its opening and now operates as a fully functioning, self-contained, office complete with graphics, IT, research, human resources and finance departments to support our consulting efforts.

With consultants from over a dozen nationalities and a wide range of educational and professional backgrounds, we have a diverse and international consulting staff.

The London office has a challenging, friendly and supportive working environment with a strong international element in our work. Our consultants are bright, proactive, hard-working, unpretentious, confident, personable and have a sense of humour. Our staff are drawn from a variety of avenues, some come to us straight from university or business school whilst others join Roland Berger from industry or transfer to London from other Roland Berger offices.

At any point, our staff are collaborating with our international colleagues. It is not unusual to find a number of colleagues from overseas offices in the London office and, of course, vice versa.
