Eureka – A Greek solution
On 24th October 2011 the London office hosted a dinner of leading international businessmen, statesmen, financiers and investors to discuss the current economic crisis in Greece and the possible consequences. Attendees represented a dozen nationalities across the European Union. Markus Krall, a senior Partner and head of Roland Berger's risk practice, outlined the Eureka solution

and a lively discussion and debate followed. The dinner was held under Chatham House rules and so cannot be reported here. Suffice it to say that there was plenty of debate and detailed comparison between the Eureka proposals and those being pursued by the European leaders and that participants left with much food for thought.
